DUBAI: Property Network has announced the successful sale of The Observatory Presidential Suite at Akala by Arada for Dh125 million, one of Dubai’s most notable ultra-prime residential deals of 2025.
The Presidential Suite, spanning more than 23,000 square feet, offers sweeping views of Downtown Dubai and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The property sits within Akala, a flagship wellness-focused development located between the city’s commercial and cultural hubs.
